ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT

Now you are in Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) or Istanbul Airport (IST). Our driver and welcomer will be waiting for you at the airport right after claiming your luggage. They will be holding a paper with your name on it to meet. We will also provide the name and cell phone of the driver along with the car plate and car brand. Please note that if you arrive earlier from the surgery date and rent yourself a place to stay, we are not able to pick you up from the airport.

PHONE SERVICES

We highly recommend contacting your phone operator before coming to Turkey. Make sure to enable global usage of the internet and receiving phone calls. If you do not have a global internet package, it is highly recommended to acquire one. If you would like a Turkish SIM card and internet package, please contact us on our WhatsApp line so we can provide them on your arrival.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT

After getting on to our VIP shuttle, you will be taken directly to the hospital where the surgery will occur. Getting to the city center from Istanbul Airport usually takes 45 minutes – 1:30 hours whereas it takes 1 – 2 hours from Sabiha Gökçen Airport depending on the time of the day and traffic intensity. Since Istanbul is a crowded city, the drive may even take more than expected. 

WELCOMING SERVICES

Your case representative will welcome you either at the hotel or the hospital. Your arrival in Turkey will be notified to the hospital and your inpatient procedures will be started by your representative.
